Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Estimates begin once your order is dispatched. They are honest estimates, not guarantees.
- United States — Standard Economy, FREE. Estimated 7–18 business days
- Canada — Standard, $8. Estimated 9–18 business days
- All other destinations. Standard, $16–$28 (final rate shown at checkout) — estimated 12–30 business days
Where your order ships from
We work with trusted third-party supply partners, including partners in China, to keep our prices fair. Your order may cross international borders and may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking your order
Tracking can take several business days to activate after dispatch. Carrier, customs, weather, and seasonal delays can affect delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated or your estimate has passed, contact us and we'll investigate.
Lost package? We've got you.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days past the delivery estimate, we'll reship your order or refund you — your choice.
Customs, duties & taxes
Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's authorities are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout. We don't control or predict these charges.
