Refund policy

Our Wear-It-Love-It Promise: if you're not 100% happy within 30 days of delivery, send it back — full refund, no questions asked.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any eligible item that is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email reachyyorrz@yyorrz.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back and share your tracking number with us.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): see below — you won't need to ship anything back.
  • Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is on you. We recommend a tracked service, as we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Skip the return.
Just email us a photo of the issue along with your order number. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return postage, no hassle.

1-year craftsmanship warranty
Every YYorrZ™ piece is covered for one year against defects in craftsmanship. If a seam, print, or zipper fails under normal wear, send a photo to reachyyorrz@yyorrz.com and we'll replace it free.

Refunds
Once an eligible return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to display it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Exchanges — now with bonus credit
We don't do formal exchanges — it's quicker to place a new order for the size or color you want. And as a thank-you for staying in the YYorrZ family, choose store credit instead of a refund and we'll add 10% bonus credit on top.

Holiday extended returns
Orders placed November 15 – December 25 can be returned until January 31.

Items we can't accept back

  • Final-sale items (marked as such on the product page and at checkout)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards.
