Ship the item using the provided return label. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Eligible Items
Most items purchased from YYorrZ™ can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
        Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
        Personalized or custom-made items
        Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons
        Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

Return Shipping

For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

International Returns
